Board Of Directors

A Board of Directors, made up of residents, local business and city government personnel, conduct all activities of NHS. The Board of Directors establishes the policy of the corporation and selects an Executive Director to manage operation of the corporation.

There are also six committees at NHS consisting of the Executive Committee, Loan Committee, Finance Committee, Marketing and Resource Development Committee, Community Impact Committee and the Housing Development Committee. Each of the committees meets monthly, or more frequently as needed, to establish procedures and protocol for Board presentation.
