NHS of Provo has three certified homebuyer education instructors and counselors. The classes are held at least once per month, with additional times as needed for those unable to attend,  persons needing one on one counseling or those requiring special accommodations.

Pre-purchase education provides general instruction to increase your knowledge and build new skills about home buying. The subjects included in the class are:

• Are You Ready To Buy A Home?

• Managing Your Money

• Understanding Credit

• Getting A Mortgage Loan

• Shopping For A Home

• Keeping Your Home & Managing Your Finances

There is no cost for attending the class thanks to our generous donors.
