MISSION STATEMENT
NHS of Provo helps create neighborhoods of choice by:

homeownership,

Improving housing quality,

And promoting neighborhood unity and leadership.
Our vision of
the future is to increase our capacity to affect positive change in our target
areas, and achieve our goal of neighborhood revitalization.
Three Key Activities of NHS are:
- Encouraging home ownership & maintenance for low to moderate income
families & individuals through exclusive first time home loan options, home
improvement loans at below market interest rates, credit counseling,
foreclosure avoidance training and Home Buyer Education classes.
- Community development through construction of affordable mixed use
projects in vacant infill lots and replacing/repairing blighted structures
with affordable family housing.
- Building community leadership through training opportunities, fostering
neighborhood support groups, sponsorship of community projects such as
"Paint Your Heart Out", "Plant Your Heart Out", Farmers Market, "Pride In
Provo", etc.
